  1. I have Win10 and the Program Any Video Converter.

    Does anybody use this Video Converter Program?

    After I Import a Video into the Program I select the Video Format I want to Convert it to.

    Then I go through all the settings.

    When I come to the Video settings I see Bit Rate and a Drop Down list.

    The Lowest Bit Rate in the list is 512 but is this telling me it will be Encoded with a Video Bit Rate of 512,000 Bits Per Second?

    "512" = 512kbps = 512,000 bits per second. So what's your question?

  3. I ask because it just says Video Bit Rate right before the Drop Down list.

    It does not say kbps anyplace even in the Drop Down list.

    So when I see the 512 in the Drop Down list I did not know if it was telling me it will be Encoded at just Five Hundred and Twelve Bits Per Secound.

    Or if it is Five Hundred and Twelve Thousand Bits Per Second?

  4. Why don't you just run a quick test and find out?

    Install Mediainfo and open one of your videos in it. It will tell you everything you need to know about your file, including the bitrate.

    Mediainfo will only tell what is written in the metada, which can be true or false. A "bitrate analyzer" is needed to check the real bitrate of the video.
