Syncing Audio and Video with Any Video Converter Ultimate Version 7.07

Hi, I recorded a video from an app on my android tablet using AZ Screen Recorder. The result was a video with the audio and video that is out of sync. Can I use Any Video Converter 7.07 on my PC to convert that video wherein the audio and video are in sync? If so, please walk me through that process. Please take into consideration that I am not very technical.

Is it constant or increasing or irregular A/V asynchrony?
In the case of constant asynchrony, you can remux video and audio with the corresponding audio delay; in the other two cases it is much more difficult, maybe even impossible.

I double posted? If I did, I don't know how I did that. Like I said, I am not very technical.

As to your response, I do not understand anything that you said. Is there a simple way for me to understand it? What exactly do I need to do in AVC to get this to work?
