I'm not very familiar with ffmpeg, I know a little about yt-dlp and little less of streamlink, but wasn't able to download from both. If I wanted to download like something that was on this link like 5 hours ago, is there a way?

yes, possible.

You would need the url of the stream. Obviously it will not be the same url as the live stream. Check it the site stored it someplace.

use N_m3u8DL-CLI_v2.9.9_with_ffmpeg_and_SimpleGUI, the stream is very easy to dl
just use the chunk list url

Probably from inspecting network traffic, with the built-in browser developer tools, the network tab. Developer tools is usually accessible with F12.
Or you can use The Stream Detector add-on, it can detect mpd/m3u8.
