    I use Nero to burn, so can u do chapters with Nero??
    i have tried VCDEasy but it does not support USB burners(Correct me if i am wrong???)

    Also is the main site down can not get in at mo, only onto Forum

    Nero can't make chapters.

    However, the newer versions of Nero can burn CUE/BIN images properly. So you can use VCDEasy/VCDImager (VCD Easy is a GUI to VCDImager) to make the CUE/BIN and then use Nero to burn it.
