  1. Hi everyone, I'm kinda new to this, and I'm having some problems. I have followed the instructions in the How To section but I am still getting no where. I have a Apex AD 500 and it says that it can play VCD's but the tree I have burned have not worked. They come up with No Disc.

    Ihave been using the template for VideoCD (NTSCFilm).mcf, and am now trying VideoCD (NTSC).mcf. But I don't think that will help.

    I am using a ll the tools that I was told to use and folllowing every step exactly.

    Please if someone could help me I would be greatful.

    Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

  2. That doesn't sound right, if your Apex can't play it, then something is very bad. explain exactly how you made your VCD.

  3. no disc....or the apex just thinks it's an audio cd and tried playing the tracks?

    just a long shot, it might be you burned your .mpg file as a data cd rather than using the VCD template in nero

  4. burned the disc with vcdeasy. The dvd player says "NO DISC"

    this is what i did exactly

    but vcdeasy can't see my cd burn so i had to force it to burn.
    using a generic driver.

    I will try nero and see if it works.

    Thanks for the replys
