I am a newby at AVISynth and AVSPMOD. I'm using AVSPMOD to compare changes to my QTGMC script (got a few weird colours here and there). I have opened my script on the first tab, and then copied the script text into the second tab. When I first started using AVSPMOD, I'm sure I could frame-advance with my mouse wheel and both the videos (tab 1 and tab 2) would advance so I could just click each tab in turn to compare the same frame.

I just updated to the latest AVSPMOD, but now, when I wheel my mouse, only the video on the visible tab advances. The other doesn't, so I can't quickly compare them. I have to wheel the video on the second tab to the frame on the first to compare. I've been through all the menus but can't find anything that "locks", for want of a better word, or keeps together, the videos on the tabs together to show the same frame.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry everybody, I figured it out; I wasn't matching the framerate with and without QTGMC.

  3. make sure options => program settings => video tab => shared timeline is checkmarked

BTW - You don't have to "click" on a tab, the number keys are faster way to toggle tabs
