Capturing/download this stream

I stumbled upon this stream that I cannot capture. (use ublock origin before visiting the site)

Can anybody figure it out?
It seems m3u8 changes after ~20 chunks.
Even if I manually download the chunks, I can't combine them, mediainfo doesn't show anything for them. Do I need an init file?

However, the quality is not the same as the stream.
Can I somehow get it with better bitrate?
