I see most people have moved away from the above, using the wizard mode on ripit4me and ripping the whole DVD to HDD as an iso with DVD Decrypter after ripit4me creates a .psl file that then is imported into DVD Decryper, then using DVD shrink to make a single .vob from that iso file choosing the main movie still works, have not been stumped by a single DVD that I own, and I buy a lot when they get cheap.
