  1. Did Crackle change their m3u8 URLs?

In the past the following URLs used to work, now they all give http 400 error.

Does anyone know if they changed their uplynk id, or have they completely abandoned it and all the links are dead?

    i.e.
    https://content.uplynk.com/ext/6790c94a453741799d3f3fb3bc9023a4/2500471.m3u8

Where 2500471 is the media (12 Monkeys) and 6790c94a453741799d3f3fb3bc9023a4 is the uplynk user id.

  3. Crackle feeds me an mpd not m3u8. How did you get the m3u8?
Also, I don't see 12 Monkeys on Crackle.

  6. I think my question was misunderstood.

To clarify, Crackle does use mpd, however, they also used to have a HLS link that could also be called from the back end to play or download the movies available (past or present) in their library. As long as you had the media ID, you could still access shows and movies that were no longer accessible through their app or website, i.e. 12 Monkey, even all seasons of Seinfeld. The general form of the m3u8 was as follows:

    https://content.uplynk.com/ext/6790c94a453741799d3f3fb3bc9023a4/2500471.m3u8

where 2500471 was the media ID (in this case 12 Monkeys) and 6790c94a453741799d3f3fb3bc9023a4 was Crackle's user_id with uplynk.com

Up until a couple of months ago these links had been working fine. Now every link is giving a http 400 error. I was wondering if any one had insight regarding whether Crackle changed their user_id (from 6790c94a453741799d3f3fb3bc9023a4 to another number; they did this in the past as well) or they have now completely abandoned it in favor of mpd?

Coincidentally, LG channels seems to also be using the same media files for their VOD, but I have been unable to determine their uplynk user_id.
