  1. I keep seeing users running MCC 7.6 with AIW 128 pro but when I load I’m unable launch the TV application or launch pad. Any suggestions from you people with this configuration???????????????????? Would like to try it out!

  2. Try running MMC setup again, but instead of uninstalling or reinstalling, choose "repair", and see how it turns out.

I had the same problem. Although alll the guides said to uninstall all of the ATI drivers & software before installing 7.6, I actually installed 7.6 over a working copy of 7.2 and it worked like a charm! Try this approach and see what happens.

  4. this was also a problem with 7.5mmc

When you install, it's missing a few dll's, Copy them over and problem solved, or just install it over the top of the older version.

there is a thread here on how to fix it.

  5. I tried to load over 7.1 but still did not work. When I did get the TV application to come up I had to set it to classic. And when it opened, it came up 7.1.
I’m running Windows2000. Any other suggestions? I’ve searched the forum for the string that talks about missing dll’s but was unsuccessful. Does anyone know where they can be located?
