    Shall we use Writing Application: mkvmerge & Writing Library: libebml + libmatroska encoder to create mkv in FFmpeg.

    Please guide and advise how we can use this application & writing library.

    If you want exactly that metadata then use mkvtoolnix gui, ffmpeg uses Lavfxx.xx for writing app and library.
