My DVD player is hooked up to my Capture card,is there a
program or Hardware to remove copyguard ????

None that I know of. I have a hardware macro-remover for VHS that I tried, but it didn't defeat the DVD macros. Your only recourse seems to be to get a DVD player that can disable it (which I did) or rip direct to the computer with a DVDROM (which I do, and reccommend, for quality's sake).
