My original mpeg is a bad quality movie, and I cant adjust that. So I want to make the output size smaller so it wont be so pixelated when I play it on my dvd into my (PAL) TV. Is there a way to do it in Toast?
Do I have to pass by Cleaner ?(I will be old before Cleaner has encoded any file for me, its so slooow) Any other settings I´ve missed?? Some other programs?? Can I use FCP or Premiere??
