I made a home movie in Premiere w/ the default DV settings in Premiere. When I frame serve to Tmpeg what settings do I need in Premiere to ensure the correct pixel aspect ratios. Do I use the default DV1 pixel ratio (.9) or square pixels? And are there any special settings in Tmpeg I need to set so that it knows it is rendering DV video? I keep getting problems when I make an SVCD such as choppy seens and the top and bottom of the screen are cut off. Thanks
