I made a movie with premiere and then encoded it with TMPEG to vcd, svcd, and xsvcd and all play fine except that they are all cut off at the top and bottom. I think the problem is with pixel/aspect ratio. I used DV cam and captured directly to Premiere and it uses .9 pixel ratio(instead of square pixels). Then when I encoded I used 4:3 as the output and as the source aspect ratio. Are these the correct settings? I have tried a couple others but always get the top and bottom cut off. PS I am also frame serving to TMPEG from Premiere. Thanks
