    Thanx to Fakesky for pointing me in the right direction on this one but im still stuck
    Does anyone know of any software that will capture this hybrid format
    Or perhaps there is a plugin someone knows of that captures from dscaler?
    Any help appriciated

    PAL 60 is what a PAL DVD or Video outputs when playing NTSC media. So if you are inputing this to a composite in on your capture card, under the capture setting set it to NTSC rather than PAL.

    but in virtual dub ntsc makes the image black n white
