Superman Trick in Premiere

Using the Blue/Green effects I believe its possible to make believe your son or whoever can fly over metroplis as superman. My six year old son is going mad for me to do this, so I was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction ie somewhere that may have some tutorials or aerial Avi's. I realize its an unusual request but I feel sure someone within the Forum has done this before either that or I'm the only one with a son who wants to be Superman for a few fleeting moments.
