Hi there.
I've got a mkv-file that I wanted to convert to DVD with AVStoDVD. The file contains a DVD-compliant MPEG-2 video stream, that I wanted to reencode so it will fit on a regular DVD. But whenever I start, HCenc crashes right at the beginning.
I have a different mkv-file with an H.264 video stream and that one works just fine.
Any idea what could cause this?
Let me know if you need any more info.

Many programs have problems with MPEG 2 video in MKV. Demux the video from the MKV and use that instead.
