I have a VEEERY LARGE mp4 file (7 minutes = ~ 300MB - width=1820px), with very HIGH QUALITY ...

I just need to RESIZE its FILE-SIZE and RESOLUTION, to a new mp4 file good for web streaming.

By now, i got a bit too big file-zize and bad quality.. and the conversion process takes long long time! ( also with the option "-preset superfast" ) ..

I'm sure that somebody has a good solution, PLEASE HELP ME!!
