How I can watch vcr vhs movies on my Dell led without cpu.

I want watch vhs movies on my Dell led model 2420 which has hdmi vga dvi and hdmi ports .My vcr has only av out put yellow white and red.I used dany tv device model hdtv1000 which link is as under.

But it did not work properly.it shows vhs defective picture.Any converter device for this purpose please guide me.

If that does not work for you, then you could also try purchasing a different VCR. There are some VCR's which have HDMI outputs(such as the VCR+DVD combo units).
