Hi all,
A customer of mine donated a Panasonic AG-MD835E (PAL) VCR recently and I was told that it was used several times before it was put into storage for over a decade (only 34 drum hours with original upper cylinder). I have sanitized, cleaned the exterior and tape transport and rectified a mechanical alignment issue. It works as far as I can tell.
Could anyone help clarify what type of TBC this model uses and if this and the DNR could be switched on or off?
There is a Y/C notch filter setting (on/off) but that is all I see in the unit's on-screen menu.
Also, is there information on what year was this model released?
Thanks in advance.
