Hi I'm a newbie who knows nothing about streaming and video recording. I just want to know if my computer can handle streaming, posting youtube videos
in at least 1080p, for minecraft. It's a laptop and the graphics card and RAM are pretty weak so I'm worried.

streaming is when you watch it from youtube or netflix
try to watch something.. any problems are more likely to be your internet connection than the PC

uploading / posting to youtube is not streaming, doesn't make any difference to youtube if it takes 10 seconds or 10 minutes, they recieve the file then process it for playing , you have to create a youtube channel and login, its free

now the real question ? is can your pc reliabley record these 'mine craft' sessions that you want record, edit and post on youtube

for that you need to post the full specs of the laptop, the way you intend to record the mine craft sessions, hardware and software
before somebody can give you an answer

specs are good, but what are you going to use to 'capture / record' the video of the mine craft sessions

you need a capture device/card and/or screen recording software

most people would use an HDMI game capture device to record the session to an external USB drive or flash memory stick
some people use a PC to monitor and capture their Xbox, PS3 etc.
not many attempt to play and capture on the same PC ( use the PC for both functions) at the same time
