I made a vcd of a movie that has subtitles. The problm is when i playu it on my tv the edges of the movie are cut off. Because opf this i cant see the subitiles. How can i make the vcd work with my tv size?

If you made it to VCD standard resolution, it is probably your tv or dvd player causing the problem. Some tvs have a control on them to adjust the video, look at your tv manuel for this. Or see dvd players have a feature that allows you to adjust the screen line up properties. Look at your DVD players man. for this.

i found out what happened. I put the "pal" thing on (u pick pal or ntsf) I changed it to ntsf and it wokred.. ty for ur itme though
