Create BD Disc with more than 2 Movies with a 25GB Disc

Hi, Everybody

May I ask what is the fastest way and best result to create a Bluray Disc with more than 2 movies or to add other content like special feature
in one bluray Disc?
I have tried TSMUXER but failed. Any body know how to use Tsmuxer to do the same? I know that Tsmuxer can only create
Bluray disc with only one movie and unable to add other content in one disc? It is correct? So, what is the purpose for Tsmuxer
to have the "Add" and "Join" button? What is the function?
I prefer not to re-encode the video by using BD-Rebuilder since the re-encoding time is too long and result is not good at all.
By the way, can BD-Rebuilder do the same?

Use "Add" for the first file.
Use "Join" for subsequent files.

It would probably be clearer if the term "Append" were used instead of "Join".

I have tried to add the 1st video file and joint the 2nd video file but there will be only one mpls file and Tsmuxer will reject to join the files if the picture resolution size and/or the audio stream is different.

I need a software (re-encoding video is not required) that can create more than 1 mpls file and can be played on a BD player. Is it possible?
