I loaded a 23. something fps avi file into VirtualDub and extracted the audio as a wav file. Then I converted that avi file to 25fps using avifrate. Then I joined the wav file to the new avi file. Now the audio being out of sync with the video on the new avi I made.
In or using VirtualDub do I copy as direct stream or full processing mode, and then what can I do about the audio? It is behind the video. There is a kind of narration at the beginning of the video and it seems in tune so to speak, but the when the characters start to speak the sound is about 5/6 seconds behind.
I have more or less manged to get the audio back inline with the video by using a negative value of -9600 , but I don't know how to get a new file out of that.
Thanks

Ok, I have loaded the wav file into the besweetgui wizard and select all the settings I want, then clicked on the 'Go' button, but nothing happens.
So I then loaded the same wav file into besweegui itself, selected the settings, and nothing happens.
How can I make it work?
ThanksBob Heselwood
