I have not ran into this new cinavia so don't know what the sound quality is like using anydvd HD & Clone BD.

For people who did this approach is the SQ anything like the sample posted here
That sounds obviously bad to me. If there is a such compromise in SQ, why is this?

    thanks

Condensed version of the several dead or closed Cinavia threads here with all the drama removed:

Although humans can't perceive the presence of Cinavia, it is applied to the audible portion of a soundtrack and is designed to survive re-encoding and recording. This automatically makes it difficult to remove or hide Cinavia without negatively affecting the audio quality,

Most members here who rip their optical disc collection don't worry about Cinavia or attempt to remove it because they use free software players and stand-alone hardware media players to play their copies. These playback options don't react to Cinavia.

Members who only use hardware Blu-Ray players or licensed commercial software players (like PowerDVD) to play files or discs could have a problem with a percentage of their copies, but probably not all of them. Cinavia isn't used on many DVD and Blu-Ray releases, probably because it adds too much to the production costs.
