Okay, I captured the MPEG using a Dazzle to the highest possible quality MPEG1 I could. It's decent, but obviously from a tape. (it's a music video btw).
I really don't know what to do.
I can't capture to anything than the standard vcd MPEG size.
What I was thinking of doing was, using Virtualdub, resizing the video to DVD size (720x480), using a precise bilinear filter. Than reopening that AVI and putting some sort of filters, and resizing it back to normal size (or to SVCD size) to make it look a bit cleaner. Is that possible, any help would be appreciated!
