    Help! Ads by totaladperformance suddenly pop up on Chrome and Safari since last week. I could have clicked on something suspicious when playing online games. I found this post yesterday and cleaned chaos on Chrome. But Safari still receives random ads. What should I do now? Thanks for any input!

    Have you tried trun malwarebyte anti-malware? Free version available.

    Or are you a spammer? That link looks very suspicious for a first time poster...

    Hi, Baldrick, thanks for your response. First I got the link from Google and it did help to some extent like what I mentioned. Seems many people recommend malwarebyte (as I have a post in Yahoo answer as well), I'll try that later. Not dare to use the machine yet. Thanks anyway!
