    Some VCD I burn with Nero it will only play in B&W and the picture rolls constantly. I have made 30 or so VCD'S so far and just had this problem with 2.

    this is usually indicitave of the wrong tv system being displayed.. if you you are in the ntsc region and are trying to watch a pal movie this will occur, and vise versa...
