Im using Tmpgenc 2.53
I select the SVCD NTSC profile. I notice it is CBR. But SVCD should be VBR.
What are all the settings I should use/change from that profile to make it SVCD white book standard?
Thanks.

Using CBR 2520 is pointless dont use it unless you dont mind wasting CDR's. Using 2pass VBR with an average of 1900. You will get exactly the same results with a HEAPS smaller file size
