I have used quite a number of DVD creator softwares but can't get them play like normal DVD movies. I can't play my burned DVD on my older DVD player. I had use Xillisoft, imToo, Aimersoft example, and the only software that works fine with any DVD player is DVD Flick.
But for DVD Flick, I am not sure why am I getting a purple video after burning my video It looks like a colour distortion in my video. Here are my settings.
Format: Mixed (Determine whether NTSC or PAL and encode as such for best quality)
Bitrate: 8000 Kbit/s
Encoding: Normal
Does anyone know how can I burn my DVDs such that it will play on any DVD players like normal DVD movies, and how to solve this colour distortion in my video?

If your place on Planet Earth is somewhere in North America, why are you even mentioning PAL?

Did you click the link to find out what it is? So far you've used garbage. Now try a good program for a change. Well, DVD Flick is passable, I suppose.
But to answer your question, no it's not related to AVS Disc Creator (whatever that is). -
You choose write files/folders to disk, then drag in the video_ts folder.

Ok I am getting this errors while using AVStoDVD. When I click on the menu, it gives me this message.
Then I got this error,
and it hangs when loading the menu editor.
What's wrong with the software?
PS: This error pop out with both the installed version and the portable version. -
AVStoDVD has proved to be an excellent program, with very few issues. I have used it for years and have never seen the error messages you've posted.
So talk to the author directly: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/277852-AVStoDVD-Support-Thread/page68 -
I had recently tried DVD Flick v2 and it is giving me a strange error I never encounter before. "xxxxxx.mkv has no usable video track. It will not be add to the project". I had no problems with .mkv videos with the official DVD Flick 1.3.0.7. Why is this happening in the new 1.3.0.9 v2? v2 should improve it not make it worse.
