  1. I am having problems encoding @ non-standard res like : 480x360 ( and yes they are multiple of 8 ) not during the encoding period but on play back using PowerDVD or Windows Media Player. In both apps it drops the or increases ( if I use another 4:3 resolution like 576x432 ) the res and does not play back at the resolution that I have encoded at. However when I use FlashMPG to open the MPEG file it actually does correctly register the reslution of the file. I have messed around with a few settings ( and yes I know aspect ratio should be 1:1 ) but none of it changes playback res.

Can anyone help ? What am I doing wrong ? Why cant I get the same res during play back ???

    Thank you ever so much.

    - I am using the latest version of Tmpeg for encoding.
