  1. i know tmpge and panasonic use to be the best but has anything came out in the last year that is better when converting to vcd ???? also has there been a version of tmpge that is better than version a. ????? i heard for the longest that is the best version

  2. Look in the "Comparisons" on this website.

    The conclusion is that TMPGEnc is the winner but you have to use the HQ setting!!!

  3. thanks..... but what is hq??? i have version a. & have been asking the best posibble settings to get the best picture on a vcd... especially in actions and dark sequences

  4. each movie is different, you have to **** around with the settings and i know it's a pain in the ass. i'm sure if you look around you can find out which settings are the one's that should be changed.

    it's like asking "what is the best car?" it's all subjective.
