  1. What would produce best results to record a VCD to a VHS tape?

My current option is to use my TV-out on my Radeon 8500 into a VCR and just hit record.

Would using a Real Magic MPEG-2 PCI card produce clearer results?

    Anyone have experience?

  3. Will the VHS look like the the VCD in its original resolution (352x240), or will it look stretched out (like when you do Full Screen on a PC)?

  4. The hollywood dvd card played movies the same as a standalone dvd player would ( or whatever you set the hollywood software too) so yes the ratio would be correct..

the hollywood dvd card i had was very impressive.. only bad side it had was that it was connected to a pc .. so i baught a dvd player from tescos

that makes life alot easier aslo if ya think about it

hollywood dvd card cost me 80quid then i had to buy a dvd drive

the dansai dvd player cost me 100 quid so it would work out cheaper for you that way..
