I need some help making some MP4 slides with some specific characteristics.

People I want to create a MP4 slideshow but it will have some features that will not make it so simple and I need your help to build such slideshow. First of all it will be a musical slideshow of my favorite records so I would like to have the album cover as my background at 1920X1080 so I can watch it in my 42 inch HDTV. Then I want the slideshow to cover only a part of the screen so I plan to make it 800X600 and place it in the right side of the screen so I can see part of the background when I play it. At the bottom I would like to add a banner where I plan to place the lyrics along with a counter. I also want to place the name of the band, the album Tiltle and the names of the band members in a place that I haven't decided yet. As you can see I need a slideshow maker able to work with layers and I need some help finding such slideshow maker or an alternate way to build it. I hope somebody here is able to help me with this.
