    İs there any program to convert ass,ssa and srt files to vtt and to edit vtt?

    Subtitle Edit can do this... but do note that SE only has support for the basic stuff in the WebVTT specification (italics/bold + voices).

    Nice, didn't know Subtitle Edit can create WebVTT files.
