Editing a 1080p video from BD then re-author it

Hello,
I want to remove some nudity parts of my BD's and reauthor them.
What is the easiest and fastest method to demux the video including the audio track then edit it via virtualdub using some filters then reauthor it?

Note: i usually use tsmuxer to add my own subtitles to the movie.

i don't think virtual dub is up to the task of editing blu-ray, any decent NLE will allow you to cut out the parts you want but you must realize that there is a good chance that you will cut out dialogue along with the brief nudity.

i always try to add more nudity to my blu-rays, you should see the avengers blu-ray i made by splicing in frames from some hardcore blu-rays i have, very entertaining.

i also dubbed in some explicit profanity because i really thought The God of Thunder would be the type to drop the F bomb every few minutes,

haha, no i don't want to cut them, i just want to blur some frames from the main 1080p video then reauthor it.
