I have been having major problems trying to encode divx > s/vcd using TMGPenc.
I have been using WinXP Pro on a NTFS file system, while the files to be encoded are sitting on a 7200rpm drive.
The project NEVER finishes - usually hangs up at 50-80%
I have also tried on Win98SE - same result
My question is - Wouold i have any better results if I went to Win2K on a NTFS
My System
-P3 667
-192 SDRAM - YUK!!!!
-30 GB 5400 rpm drive
-80 GB 7200 rpm drive
-ATI All-In-Wonder PCI
