Here's a video of what I'm talking about: http://ge.tt/8UPkSOm/v/0
I'm not having any problems with compression, sound, or anything else. I just want to know how to get rid of all the bluriness/fuzziness that occurs in my videos and how to make them look more like the actual game. The capture card I'm using is a Dazzle DVC 100, and my operating system is Windows XP. The video was recorded in AmarecTV.

You started with interlaced video and resized it without taking that into account. You want to deinterlace before resizing or use an interlace aware resizer.
