tried lots of apps , lots of fails , a few times detected has interlaced (MC) or 15 fps in 30 , figured may be film to wmv ?

Windows media player plays it good ,
    with some blocks going crazy

i don't want to fix the shirt effect
but it may give info on the source
    for a friendly youtube upload

    easy way out ?

PS . the samples were cut with virualdub
the mediainfo comes from the source and not the sample
if it makes any difference ?

  2. I was more pre-occupied with the video/audio sync.

You will have to re-encode that stuff carefully, since it was generated by the stupid Windows Movie Maker.

Reasoning: WMM loves Variable Frame Rate, so it loves to drop and duplicate frames.
Recommendation: use Avisynth w/ DirectShowSource (convertfps=true), or FFMS2 (assuming it can deal with the source file, bien entendu).

When I play your SHIRT clip, the first 0s-28s of audio is out, then it syncs itself (28s-47s) until the end.
