    when i load up the divx file and choose the settings, i press start and it says "An error occured when audio was decoded". I'm using divx 5.0 and am able to run the file. Also I tried with another divx file and that one worked. Strangely some other files don't work. Can anyone help me out?

    u can try installing ONLY the audio codecs and filters of the Nimo codec/filter pack off this site.

    I sugest you extract the audio with Virtualdub.
    Save as WAV then encode using resulting WAV as audio source in TMPGE.
