output in ulead

i did edit a video in ulead 10, and took output in pal dvd 4:3, but when i play this edited video in my lcd tv through dvd it is not seen in full screen mode. how can i see a edited video in lcd tv?

Do it again but use 16:9 and not 4:3.
Truth is, you don't say what the original frame size is or aspect ration, so it's a best guess.
