hi
is there a process i can use(for dummies i might add)to unblur a video taken on my s2 phone, took a short clip of a night out, but half the video is blur, ive trimmed it so takes out the blurred section, but doesnt look right without the first bit.

I doubt it myself. There are some sharpening filters for encoders or video players but they only make a reasonably sharp image a little more so.
Your eye can tell pretty easily what a blurred (or otherwise bad) image should look like. Computer software isn't nearly as good at this as you are. This is a big part of how video encoding gets so complex. You can't just plug in numbers.
