I was perusing some of the graphics here at this site: http://www.csaimages.com/Index.asp, which is supposed to be a legitimate stock media source, and I sense some kind of scam.

First of all, although perhaps original works of art, a lot of the stuff is very generic, and something even beginners could create easily, but every piece is copyrighted.

Also, the prices are ridiculous such that I don't know who would buy any of it. A lot of the same kind of stuff comes free with software, like Corel for example, you get a ton of these.

So I'm wondering what's really going on. Do they scour the web and threaten to sue anyone that has done similar work?

I was watching "Shark Tank" the other day and this guy patented a coat made with channels sewn in for running wires to your ipod or whatever, and when he sees someone else making something similar, he pops out of the woodwork and sues them.

Hahaha, is that what that is? Unbelievable. Look at that black heart, how can you copyright that?
