Hi,

I am working to check the continuity of GOP timecode present in a MPEG-2 stream[13818-2].
I observe that every gop closure reset the timecode value to 10:00:00:00 which is the start timecode of the stream,
hence in my continuity analyzer start of every gop shows an error.

my query is, this is a desired behavior(any std support) or error .
i couldn't understand what is the use of reset the time stamp in every gop closure of fixed frame number.
