I have a question about resolutions for the PS3 people out there, about MP4/AVC and AVI/XVID. I read somewhere that the horizontal has to be divisible by 16, and vertical by 8 for resolutions. And it plays up to 60fps. Does this mean both MP4 and XVID resolutions will work from 320x240 to 1920x1080 if I follow these rules? I am guessing a low resolution 640x480 MP4/AVC video would work? And a 1024x576 xvid file (59.90fps) should work???
I am encoding some videos for a friend with a PS3, so I cannot test these out before I send them. And BTW I am using Xvid4PSP PS3 profile to encode these files.
Thanks for your help.

Make some samples for your friend.
But I doubt it supports 1920x1080 60fp h264.
