Watching an HDTV using an OTA converter box. If you feel the tv is doing a less than great job of dealing with an interlaced image, is there such a thing as an outboard deinterlace box that will feed a higher quality deinterlaced progressive image to the tv?

Why not just get a TV with better imaging? Other factors to consider are 3:2 pulldown processing, upscaling banding and macroblocks, motion handling, judder, and on and on.
