Ok i tried to search but have not found any answer to this but do bear with meMy question is suppose you have tv cards, HDTVs, etc all DVB-T capable and your country decides to move on to DVB-T2 very soon : is there a box/convertor/etc that accepts a DVB-T2 signal and converts and/or has "TV outs" in the DVB-T format where one could just feed it to a tv card/TV that is DVB-T capable? Hope someone could help me out on this

Maybe, like many here, you could search a little harder?
I can't give you a definitive answer ... I generally hate tv so I'm no expert on this stuff ... but I wouldn't be too optimistic. I did find this:
Can an existing receiver be upgraded?
No. DVB-T2 isn’t a question of firmware. It requires compliant tuner modules which receive the broadcasts and feed the transport stream data to the rest of the system. It’s much more complex than DVB-T, and as the tuners use dedicated silicon, they can’t be upgraded. A DVB-T tuner won’t make any sense of a DVB-T2 signal, no matter what software the rest of the system has.
And really, if there was so little difference between a new standard and the old one that you could do something like that without some major compromise, what'd be the point?
