  1. The program worked perfectly for years. Noe it consistently crashes stating there is an avisynth error. I have reinstalled the program and have not added any conflicting applications that I know of.

    You uninstalled and reinstalled I assume? Did you also uninstall the programs that avstodvd is a front end for?

    I haven't used it for a while ... I gave up burning dvd video as a colossal pain in the ass and I run linux now so I couldn't run it even if I wanted to burn dvds ... but that solved an upgrade related problem for me once.

  4. avs2dvd has portable version for download, not sure if it installs other programs at all

    1. Uninstall AVStoDVD
    2. Uninstall AviSynth
    3. Restart your system
    4. Re-install AVStoDVD Installer Package, that comes with AviSynth embedded.
