womble mbs files

I am trying to do a mbs file to combine Vob but Womble DVD Wizard cannot open the mbs file. i went to notepad and typed this:
[MBSFile]
NumFile= 2
File= C:\Users\Barbara\Desktop\Vob from ISo &Vobedit\Cain and Mabel\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB
File= C:\Users\Barbara\Desktop\Vob from ISo &Vobedit\Cain and Mabel\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_2.VOB
I saved in the VIDEO_TS folder. What encoding should I use. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Maybe try add "" around the file location or move the files to a folder without spaces(like C:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB ).

Or join the vobs with vobmerge.
